ICS Management
Peter Winston, has been President and Chief Executive Officer of ICS since he founded
the company in 1987. Prior to forming ICS, Mr. Winston worked at Digital Equipment
Corporation where he was involved in software development for PCs and workstations.
He also founded the X User Group in order to provide needed information to the X
community and founded the Xhibition Tradeshow, a technical tradeshow and conference
that ran from 1988-1994 and grew to an audience of 10,000 people. In 1992 he received
the Inc. Magazine New England Emerging Entrepreneur of the Year Award.
Mark Hatch, Chief Operating Officer, joined ICS in 1995 as VP of
Marketing.
Prior to ICS, Mr. Hatch established a successful consulting practice specializing
in the unique marketing issues of early stage software companies. Previously,
Mark Hatch was VP of Marketing for a networking middleware company as well
as Manager of Software Marketing for Apollo Computers. In this latter position,
he played a key role in the formation of a number of industry groups
including the Open Software Foundation and the X Consortium.
