Mark HatchWelcome to ICS’ July Newsletter

The big news from ICS this month is that we have moved our head-quarters to Waltham, MA. If you are in the area feel free to come by — we’d love to show you around our new home. This month we’ve added another stop on our Qt Tips & Tricks tour — this time in Houston, TX on August 18. You can also find us at IDF August 16 -18 where we’ll be showcasing a few IVI and sensor projects we’ve developed for Intel. If your travels don’t find you near Waltham, Houston or San Francisco, please enjoy some of our new online content by way of our blogs and on-demand webinars.

Lastly, I am thrilled to announce that we are unveiling an exciting new course, Qt by Design. Created in cooperation with one of our large automotive clients, this course is targeted at user experience (UX) designers. If you’re like 99% of our clients, the designs and workflows created by your UX designers have to be interpreted — and in some cases refined to be implemented in QtQuick/QML. Although the course won’t transform your designers into Qt developers, it will allow them to realize their designs in QML, which will make your job much easier. Sound interesting? Check out details below and ask us how you can introduce your UX team to the Qt world!
