ICS's Premier Qt Support provides both Open Source and Commercial Qt license holders with quick and accurate responses to any Qt-related question in 4 hours or less. This service is not just for bugs. It is designed to help you use Qt in the way its original designers intended. Utilizing Premier Qt Support is like having your own Qt expert in the office next door! The basics of this support offering are simple:

• ICS will designate one of our expert engineers as your personal contact based on the skill-set that is most relevant to your project. We will also provide you a secondary contact as insurance for problem escalation.
• You may email your contact with detailed questions whenever they arise.
• Your primary contact will acknowledge your question within 4 business hours and provide you a technical response within 8 business hours.
• If your technical contact cannot answer your query, they will work with another ICS expert to prepare a response. Your primary contact will use their knowledge of your project to frame the response and ensure you receive an effective solution.
• If the preparation of the response requires more than 2 hours of work, we will give you our estimated timeframe for completion and request your permission before proceeding.
• A minimum of 1 hour will be charged for each request. However, each request can have multiple components or questions.
