AI Machine Vision with LIDAR Precision
Experience next-generation perception in action through a collaboration between ICS and ILLIUM, the leader in edge-native AI sensing and LIDAR fusion. The system fuses real-time camera and LIDAR data at the edge to deliver precise spatial awareness without heavy cloud dependency or large data backhaul. Using ICS’ intuitive user interface, operators can visualize environments, interact with live data, and leverage an integrated ILLIUM AI agent to explore patterns and insights — no data science team required. Together, ICS and ILLIUM make advanced perception systems accessible, explainable and ready for real-world deployment.
Racing Robots
Take the controls and pilot your own robot to victory in a high-speed race built entirely through configuration, not code. The "Racing Robots" demo showcases our platform by connecting a diverse ecosystem: remote clients, a referee console, an IoT server, local hubs, and the Pico Go robot driven by a Raspberry Pi visual unit. The entire application, including real-time motion control, camera streaming and official race synchronization, is defined using customizable protobuf messages configured via dropdown "code blocks." The only required custom code is on the Pico microcontroller. These same universal building blocks are exactly what's needed to create complex enterprise solutions like Fleet Management, enabling faster deployment and lower risk across any IoT landscape.
AI Skin Cancer Detection
Explore how AI revolutionizes dermatological diagnostics. This interactive demo showcases an AI-powered image recognition system trained to identify potential signs of skin cancer with remarkable precision. Using a curated dataset of skin images, the model analyzes and classifies lesions in real time, highlighting suspicious areas for further review.
AITHRA
Unlock the future of medical device compliance with AI-powered Automation for Threat Modeling and Risk Assessment (AITHRA). This revolutionary tool developed by our partner BG Networks is specifically built for medical device manufacturers. Leveraging advanced Large Language Models (LLMs), AITHRA makes it easier and up to 10x faster to generate reliable, FDA-compliant cybersecurity risk assessments.
Organ Transplant Technology
About 4,000 lung transplants are performed each year, but fewer than one in four donated organs are used because they are not in good enough condition upon arrival. Modern Ex Vivo Lung Perfusion (EVLP) technology is changing that dramatically. This Class III lung warm perfusion prototype system was developed using Qt and a custom embedded Linux Yocto build running on an NXP i.MX6 processor. The system includes three independent, high-end STM32 microcontroller-based circuit boards that handle all real-time controls and communicate vital information wirelessly to a removable, custom Android-based tablet via the i.MX6. The system was later supported by ICS through all phases of product development, including application development, UX/UI design and implementation, and regulatory program management.
Smart Glucose Monitor — Embedded UI on Microcontroller
Experience an advanced glucose monitor built with LVGL on a resource-constrained microcontroller platform. This demo showcases a responsive, medical-grade interface optimized for low power and real-time performance. From smooth trend visualization to touch-friendly controls, every screen is rendered using LVGL’s lightweight graphics engine. The underlying firmware integrates sensor data acquisition, power management and secure BLE connectivity — demonstrating the full stack of embedded development needed to bring a modern connected medical device to life.
Hybrid HMI Deployment on SECO + MediaTek Platforms
This demo highlights the flexibility and performance of SECO and MediaTek hardware running a custom Yocto-based OS developed by ICS. The system seamlessly deploys both classic Qt 6 applications and ICS HMI Accelerator-based experiences within the same environment. ICS created custom Yocto recipes integrating the Balsam toolset to automatically convert 3D models at compile-time. This enables efficient deployment of Qt Quick 3D applications that are fully independent of the underlying Qt build, simplifying distribution, accelerating development and ensuring consistent rendering performance across builds and targets.
IoT Coffee Experience
With Mocha Pete's Coffee Experience discover how we use Flutter to create an ecosystem of multiplatform IoT devices. The coffee machine, point-of-sale web app and mobile service app were built with our HMI Accelerator and feature automated reordering using facial recognition.
Indian Motorcycle 101 Scout
ICS helped create the market’s premier rider infotainment system, the Ride Command+ IVI system. See it in action on this Indian Motorcycle 101 Scout®.
Indian Motorcycle Engineering Bench Sample
Check out the actual benchtop hardware setup that our engineers use to develop Ride Command+ IVI systems for Polaris Inc.
Software Defined Vehicles
Explore the cutting-edge technology for today’s software-defined vehicles. Check out our IVI system that highlights multiplatform, multitechnology layers, from OS, platform and technical stack. We used our internal development tools to create Qt and Flutter apps that connect interchangeably across a wide range of target hardware, including Variscite, Toradex and Windows.
Multi-Platform HMI Accelerator
Learn how to get to market faster with our HMI Accelerator, our low code tool for generating C++, Qt/QML or Flutter from an imported Figma file. The auto-generated simulators enable rapid prototyping and quick iterations early in the project, when there is still time to fix showstopping challenges. The modern architecture, software modules and test automation all propel you over the finish line in record time with a better quality product. Ask about our free prototype program.
