- Qt's Chief Maintainer Lars Knoll announced he is leaving the Qt Company. Read more about this big news here:

According to current agreement on the development mailing list as of this date, Maintainers can nominate others for the position until Jun 1, 2022. Voting (by Maintainers only) would start on June 2, and the final vote would be tabulated on June 15. The winner would be elected by a simple majority. This could change, of course.
